Weekly Photo Challenge: Reflection

Posted on Updated on

Last night I reflected on night photography.  I didn’t do much processing because I kind of liked the color – it reflected what I actually saw and I liked what I saw in that park.

Thank you! Was on a mini photo safari in Oshkosh…I don’t live there, but my friend knew of a few great photo ops. It was nice to discover a new city 🙂 We are planning to visit Chicago ASAP, too – I can’t wait!

It’s absolutely beautiful. Love, love the golden tones and sparkly lights. Really lovely.

Chicago will give you many, many opportunities to shoot. Have fun!!

It was so dark (about 6 pm) that I didn’t think they would turn out at all! Thank you so much for visiting and taking the time to comment!!

Magic sky! I’ve not caught that color. I will try 🙂 (sorry, I meant “I could never” in the last post)

I figured that was what you meant 🙂 I think it was a product of being in a small city (pop. 50,000) but in a dark park…so I had the benefit of the city lighting all around. Thank you for commenting!!

Amazing! the color and the atmosphere are “raw”, I feel like I’m there. A 10!!

Wow. Thank you!! (blushing) I initially tinkered with the white balance, which made the elements of the photo much more recognizable, and it looked good, but it lost the mood – and I’m all about mood 🙂
