LOVE IT—even tho’ this shared computer won’t let me! Nobody was willing to take your picture, eh? Or you wished to stay behind the camera? HAPPY NEW YEAR MY FRIEND! EXCELLENT JOB! Visited my blog lately? šŸ™‚

For some reason, my head saw the first two as sepia. It wasn’t until I went back and noticed they were black and white. Weird.

Love the color/composition on “Lake Michigan” and that stairwell is flippin’ awesome!

It’s too soon to start thinking about summer! I’ve only just begun to enjoy winter šŸ˜€

I know! But I was too lazy and busy over the holidays to take many photos, so I resorted to my summer, 2012 stock šŸ™‚

You and me both! I finally got to a favorite local lighthouse on New Years Eve eve. Better late than never to get it all decked out for the holidays, right? I’ve just got to stop picking the coldest, windiest day of the year to do it šŸ˜€

I do the same thing! šŸ˜€

Helps avoid the crowds. The lighthouse I just posted is a zoo closer to Christmas.

Agreed! Lake Michigan is the ocean of the Midwest – not by size, so much as location šŸ™‚ Thank you!!

A married couple I once knew spent their early married life care-taking one of the lighthouses along Lake Ontario in upstate New York…too bad I’ve lost touch. Have updated “CRUSH-PROOF?” so it makes better sense…you’ll still like it, I hope!

Love the spiral staircase. There’s something almost ancient in that form …
