Black & White and Tone on Tone

Posted on Updated on

Franky (dog) is rarely willing to pose for photos, so I have to catch him when he is utterly exhausted. Ralph (cat), on the other hand, grew up with a lens in his face, so he tends to ham it up. That is why I love taking pet photos so much – even when they hate cameras, their personality permeates the shot.

I feel repetitive saying it again, but these are just terrific in every which way.

Thank you so much!! It is actually quite difficult to get photos of the dog, as he is constantly trying to get away from the camera, so I was quite thrilled with this one πŸ™‚

I’d say Ralph is still getting his licks in! Got a new cat poem for you and Ralph to peruse!

Thank you so much! That means a lot, considering how much I admire your photos!

Nicely composed, love the angle on Franky. Must have been flat on your stomach for that one. πŸ˜€

Why yes, it is πŸ˜‰ But he isn’t evil…he is the sweetest kitty in the world…to me, anyway.

Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog for a little while today. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as good as when I arrived. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks!

Franky and Ralph are nice names for your pets, I have mainly
had cats as they are so easy to look after, but dogs are lovely
pets too and I have had a few dogs over the years πŸ™‚
